How Reseek works
Save an item. Reseek extracts and indexes it, then you can search, ask, or revisit it.
Write a note, paste a URL, upload a PDF or image, or send something from WhatsApp.
It saves useful page details from web links, reads images and PDF pages with extraction and OCR, suggests tags, and builds the search index.
Search by meaning or exact words, ask questions, schedule a reminder, or learn with a quiz.
What happens after you save
Notes keep text and tags. Links keep public page or post details. PDFs and images use extraction and OCR.
Each example shows the saved item, the source-specific processing, and the searchable result.
Public link fields depend on what each source exposes.

01General
Reseek turns bookmarks, files, notes, screenshots, and WhatsApp messages into a searchable personal knowledge base. Save something once, then search it by meaning, ask questions about it, revisit it with a reminder, or learn from it with a quiz.
From the web app, you can save notes, website links and articles, X posts, YouTube links, images, screenshots, and PDFs. You can also paste images inside notes.
02Capture and OCR
When you save an image, Reseek extracts the visible text, combines it with your caption or description, and adds that text to search. This also works for images pasted into notes, sent through WhatsApp, or attached to saved X posts.
Image uploads support JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP up to 10 MB. OCR quality depends on how clearly the text appears.
Yes. Reseek sends PDFs through text extraction and OCR, then stores extracted pages as searchable content. It also keeps useful file information such as page and word counts.
PDF uploads support files up to 20 MB and currently index up to the first 30 extracted pages.
For web links, Reseek saves the page title, description, and available public metadata. X captures can include the post text, author, date, likes, reposts, replies, views, bookmarks, media, and OCR from attached images. YouTube links can keep the title, description, thumbnail, channel, views, likes, subscriber count, chapters, and publish details.
Reseek stores social metrics as a point-in-time snapshot when it processes the link. It does not refresh them as live counters. Available fields depend on what the source returns.
Reseek extracts captions, authors, stats, and available media from public Facebook posts and photos, Instagram posts and reels, and X posts.
03Find, learn, and connect
Search combines meaning-based matching with exact text, tags, dates, and content-type filters. AI chat searches your saved library, answers from the material it finds, and links back to the saved sources it used.
Attach one-time or recurring email reminders to saved knowledge so it returns at the right moment. For quizzes, choose the exact saved items Reseek may use; questions, grading, and explanations stay tied to those selected sources.
Yes. Install the PWA on desktop or mobile, or connect WhatsApp to chat, search, save links directly, use /save for notes, and send images or videos. Personal API tokens and MCP access let your own scripts and compatible AI clients work with your library, reminders, and grounded quizzes.
